Aurora and I got to go on a field trip with her new preschool (she is not starting until the end of the month) yesterday. There is a guy out in Alpine named Railroad Roy. He build a railroad in his backyard and gives free rides on it. It was amazing. Everything was very authentic. Here are the pictures we took. The picture that is of a view of trees and mountains, that is the view from the tracks in his yard. The two dark mountains in the middle are actually in Riverside county about 150 miles away from Alpine. It was a cool place to go see.

Oh, how fun. Kids love trains so much. Her preschool starts at the end of March? I've never heard of preschool starting then. Or is it a preschool where they join as soon as they turn three?
The preschool is from Sept. to June, but they break it up into trimesters and they can join the beginning o f a trimester. She will go until June and then start again in Sept.
She's the cutest train engineer I have ever seen!
