Aurora loves to read. She will take books off of her book shelf and sit there reading them, but she has not figured out that there is less to clean up if you put one away as soon as you are done with it before getting another one out. Maybe someday she will figure it out.

Ha! Same with us! The kids love to look at all their books, pu;; them out ... but for the life of me will not put them away!!! Argh! I have tried to show them many times, but then I start feeling guilty about being upset about it because, hey, at least they are looking at a book!
It's great that she loves books now. This will serve her well in the future. If you instill a love of books in her now, she will be more successful in school. I saw that for myself when I taught English at the junior high level.
