Aurora went her cousin's birthday party last Friday evening. It was a princess dress up. I did not take any pictures of the party, but her a few of Aurora before we left. I should have taken a picture of the back of her hair, we did it to look like Belle. 
For school last Friday Aurora had to dress up as a community leader, and she chose to be a vet. We found the blouse at the Goodwill and she helped me sew the pockets on to make a lab coat. Then she fixed her turtle's shell, and her dog's leg.
Aurora started kindergarten today. Here are some pictures we took. The first two were taken last night at the back to school night. Today they did not let parents in the classroom, we just dropped them off in front of the classroom.
On Saturday we went to the outlet mall to a end of summer fair that they had. There were a few games. Then we went by the sheriff's thing, and they had a "ride" that shows you what it feels like to crash into a brick wall at 5 mph, Aurora wanted to try it. The officer slowed it down to 3 mph for her. She thought it was fun. Here is a picture of her getting her seatbelt on and a video of her ride.
After the ride she got to side in the back of a cop car.
On Saturday we went to the Sarpy County Fair. It was hot, but we had fun. Aurora loved the petting zoo, and the funnel cake.
Aurora's hair is long enough to do different things with it. We have been trying different styles to see what is fast and easy to do for school. She starts next Tuesday.
