Mother's Day weekend

This weekend I signned Aurora up for the Build and Grow at Lowes to make a planter box. Her Aunt Sissa was in town for the weekend so she came to help her. Aurora loved it, and she did a great job. Here are some pictures from that.

We had a wonderful weekend and a nice relaxing Sunday.

Aurora is weird

Aurora is so weird sometimes. Here she is dancing to the music on Tetris. She is too funny. She wanted me to wrap the blanket around her like that to make a dress.

Easter Egg hunt at the Lakes

On Saturday I got up early and took her to the Santee Lakes for their Easter Egg Hunt. There was so much to do. Aurora did the egg hunt and won a gift certificate to a place called Bears, Buddies, and Toys. Then she got to ride a pony, pet a pig, have her face painted, do some crafts and ride on some rides. What a way to start the Easter weekend.

Ward Egg Hunt

Last thursday our ward had an Easter egg hunt at Santee lakes. The kids had a lot of fun. After looking for eggs wehad lunch and then the kids played on the playground while the moms spent some time talking. Here are some pictures of Aurora. In the last picture she is pouting because we got there early and her friends were not there yet.

Cooking with Aurora

Aurora loves to watch the Food Network with us. So now she likes to play "cooking show" in my kitchen. The first video she did not know I was taping her and she got embarrassed and then I talked her into letting me tape it as long as I did not look. She cracks me up.
